How do I reveal the value of my mystery voucher?
- Visit our Gateway store in Durban, KZN, with your mystery voucher code in hand.
- Ask an assistant to enter your mystery voucher code, as well as your name and email, into the digital form or scan your QR code if you have recieved this on email.
- One of our assistants will reveal how much your mystery voucher is worth, and activate it for use.
- Mystery Voucher values vary from rand amounts, to a percentage off - these range from 10%, 15%, 20%, R100, R1,000 or R5,000.
- Voucher values are applied randomly - i.e. "Lucky Draw" - by our system.
- Once you know how much your voucher is worth, you can shop in-store at our Gateway store.
- Vouchers are valid until 4 June 2022.
- Vouchers are only valid for use in our Gateway store, and not in any other store or online.
- You may only redeem one Mystery Voucher per order, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other gift vouchers or gift cards.
- Simply give the code to one of our sales assistants as you check out to apply your discount.
